Maintenance
- Responsible for the amelioration of county and township roads (numbered roads).
- Responsible for road access (repair) after disaster and pavement improvement projects of county and township roads.
- Responsible for the forward-looking infrastructure: road (highway system) amelioration projects.
- Responsible for county bridge detection and highway bridge maintenance.
- Responsible for temporary assignments.
Traffic planning
- Construction and operation of public bicycles in the county.
- Responsible for the projects’ inspection.
- Responsible for the living hood road system.
- Responsible for the planning of major transportation networks in the county.
- New installation and maintenance business of traffic engineering such as signal, sign and line marking.
- Amelioration for railway overhead and crossing
- Responsible for temporary assignments.
Road management
- Supervise and assess road quality for township and city public offices, including urban road maintenance and assessment.
- Number roads (county and township roads), report and manage public property.
- Road excavation business management (system construction, evaluation of county road excavation application, etc.).
- Promote the road public transport development plan.
- Responsible for broadband pipeline maintenance engineering and management.
- Parking lot management (including business registration certificate application, new business plan review, etc.).
- Responsible for road administrative business (including application for road certification, new business plan review, road identification, public appeal cases handling, etc.).
