Organized by the Culture and Tourism Bureau, Miaoli County, in collaboration with the Chiu Ke-fen Art Dance Troupe, the "2024 Tung Blossom Dance: A Trip to the Hakka Village" performance is scheduled for May 19, 2024, at 7:00 pm at Zhongzheng Hall, Culture and Tourism Bureau. Tickets will go on sale on May 3 at 9:00 am (Friday). Please proceed to the Service Desk of the Culture and Tourism Bureau, Miaoli County, Miaoli Visitor Information Center, Zhunan Visitor Information Center, or the HSR Miaoli Station Visitor Information Center to reserve your tickets (limited to four tickets per person, while stocks last).
"2024 Tung Blossom Dance: A Trip to the Hakka Village" is a distinctive dance performance immersed in the culture of Miaoli during the May Tung Blossom season. Centered around Hakka-style dance, it cleverly incorporates elements of Chinese, Middle Eastern, and popular music into its choreography. Whether in costume, music, or performance style, the stage presentation is diverse and rich. Through the art of dance, the beauty of the Tung Blossoms and the rich cultural heritage of the Hakka people are conveyed. Miaoli residents are cordially invited to attend.
